When to arrive
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before the activity start time to allow yourself time to get checked in, changed, items stored in the lockers and showered before entering the pool.
If you have pre-booked your public swim session

If you have booked your public swim session via the Leisure App or your My Profile Account, on arrival please self-swipe at the access gates with your in-app card, physical member card or guest booking receipt.
- You will need to scan for each individual booked.
If you have not pre-booked your public swim session
- If you do not have an account, you can book our public swimming sessions as a guest and purchase multiple swim tickets. An email is required on guest bookings to confirm your booking and to receive the receipt with your ticketed barcodes to gain access to the facilities.

All our sessions have a capacity limit so we do encourage pre-booking so you don't make a wasted journey to our centres.
