Swimming is the perfect all-around exercise that gives you a full-body workout without putting stress on your joints. Teignbridge Leisure offers three pools across three of its facilities. Visit the relevant leisure centre page to view swimming timetables.

Swimming with us
Public Swimming sessions are included in the Memberships Jam Packed Adult, Jam Packed Junior and Aquacize (swim-only) or you can pay per session with a Pay As You Go Account. Pre-booking is required via the Leisure App or by logging into your My Profile Account.
If you do not have an account, you can book selected public swimming sessions as a guest and purchase multiple swim tickets. An email is required on guest bookings to confirm your booking and to receive the receipt with your ticketed barcodes to gain access to the facilities.
Here's what you need to know:

Supervision of children: A responsible adult 16+ years old may bring two children under the age of 8 but only one can be under the age of 5. The adult must be in the water with the children at all times.

Please shower before entering the swimming pool.

Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Swim sessions are included in the Jam Packed Adult, Jam Packed Junior and Aquacize Memberships. Pay Per swim session as a Pay As You Go Member or Guest is also available.

Sessions are charged per session and at the time of booking (PAYG).

To access the facilities, please ensure you have pre-booked your activity and have your in-app or physical members card ready to scan at the access gates to gain access.

Our centre will only accept card payments, no cash at our centres.

Changing rooms, showers and lockers are available.

You can purchase a locker token from the reception.

Please remove your footwear before entering the changing rooms.

No footwear on the poolside. Please use the lockers provided.

No masks, fins or snorkels in the public sessions.
Aqua Run (pool Inflatables)

All participants will be swim tested before entering the pool. This involves jumping into the deep end and swimming 25m unaided.

If you or your child do not complete the swim test you can stay in the pool but not use the inflatable.

A wristband will be provided to all swimmers who can access the inflatable.

No floatation devices are permitted on the inflatables.

Each inflatable session is 60 - 90 minutes. We recommend arrive a few minutes before the session starts to get the full use of the session time.

Inflatable sessions are first come, first served.

Fun Flume
- Flume height 1.1 metres.

Remove goggles, jewellery and locker keys before riding.

Queue in an orderly fashion and use the handrail.

Lie on your back, entering the flume feet first.
-
Cross your arms over your chest, ensuring your hands touch your shoulders.

Avoid attempting to kneel or stand during the flume.
-
Do not stop yourself in the flume or hold onto the sides.

Exit the drop zone promptly upon stopping. Please do not wait in this area.

Do not re-enter the flume or drop zone after exiting.
-
Do not use any armbands or buoyancy/flotation aids on the flume.

Only one person is allowed on the flume at a time; no dual riding.

Wait for permission before starting your ride.

Staff members can refuse entry to anyone not following these rules.
