What's the difference?
The sauna is an enclosed cabinet that produces dry heat and temperatures up to 80°C. The sauna is for mixed gender use and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people at any one time.
The steam room is an enclosed cabinet that produces wet heat where temperatures can reach up to 50°C. The steam room is for mixed gender use and can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people at any one time.
There are guidance posters on the walls beside the sauna and steam room. We recommend customers read these before using any of the above.
