With over 30 exercise classes each week at Dawlish Leisure Centre. Group exercise classes are a great way to get started, even if you’re new or don’t know much about fitness. Each class has a warm-up, a main workout and a cool-down to help you feel ready and finish strong. These classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, making it an easy way to stay active without planning everything yourself!

Water-based exercise classes are included in the Jam Packed and Aquacize Membership. Pay As you Go members and Aquacize members can upgrade to a Jam Packed Membership or Pay As You Go to participate in all our dry-side exercise classes.
