We value you as a member and would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the options available to you and benefits and reasons to stay with us. If you're going on holiday, returning to University and will return to us, you can freeze your membership. If you still wish to proceed with the cancellation, the easiest way is through the online cancellation process. Follow the step by step process below.
- Log in to your My Profile Account.
- Select 'My Account' and then select 'Cancel Membership'.
- From here, you can follow the cancellation instructions.
Can I cancel your membership at any time?
You will need to cancel your membership before the 20th of the month to stop the next payment from being taken. If you cancel after the 20th of the month, your next payment will be taken but no further payments will be made after that. You can still access the facilities during this time.
