Sessions can last between 45 - 60 minutes. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills, including footwork and abdominal workouts

Membership card (don't forget to swipe in to attend your class)

Comfortable clothing and trainers

Water bottle (Water stations are available for refilling) 

Towel (To wipe all that hard work away)
