BOUNCE and TUMBLE - 5 to 7 years 
Tuesday 30 July, 6 and 13 August
1.00 to 2.30pm 

At our Bounce and Tumble Gymnastics and Trampolining sessions, your child will develop floor tumbling skills, from the beginning of forward and backward roll to the advanced flipping skills. On the trampoline, we will teach your child the progressional skills of rotation and flight up to the advanced skills of forward and back somersaulting. 

You must: - bring a refillable water bottle, wear socks, have hair tied back, wear no jewellery and please do not wear jeans. 

 

Bounce and Tumble - 8 years up plus

Tuesday 30 July, 6 and 13 August

2.30 – 4.00pm

FUN IN THE SUN - GAMES - 3 – 5 years

(45 minutes, 2.00 – 2.45) and 6+ (1 hour 3.00 – 4.00) 

Thursday 1 and 8 August

Our Fun in the sun games sessions will be full of fun and exciting games and sports. Your child will have the opportunity to choose the games that we play. 

You must: - bring a refillable water bottle, indoor and outdoor trainers and bags of energy! 

WARRIORS BOOT CAMP - 7 – 12 years

Thursday 15 August 
1.00 – 4.00

At our Warrior Boot Camps, we will educate and entertain your child in a FUN but CHALLENGING environment. It’s not just about exercise, it’s about making sure we always challenge your child to their full potential and they will help each other to achieve success. Most importantly this camp will be about having fun! 

You must: - bring spare clothes in case you get wet! Outdoor and indoor trainers, refillable water bottle and a rain jacket.
