When people first join us, they're often unsure what they should do once they step inside the building. Some struggle to determine which exercises to do, others simply don't know how to do them.

Whether you're a beginner with us or you just don't have much fitness knowledge, group fitness classes may be your solution. Joining a class can help build a foundation and structure that you can use to fuel your personal health journey for years to come.

Group fitness is a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down. The warm-up is designed to help you properly raise your heart rate while loosening your joints and muscles before jumping into strenuous activity.

Class Description


Ball Stability Improve your balance, core and confidence on a stability ball. Good for all abilities.

Chair Based Pilates  Improve posture, muscle tone, balance, joint mobility and improve confidence in your day to day life. It is particularly suited to, and a great form of exercise, for those who feel less mobile, recovering from ill health or  njury.

Chair Based Exercise These gentle exercises easily fit into your daily routine and will help improve your mobility, balance and co-ordination. Exercises will vary and incorporate a variety of resistance band and body weight exercises.

Pilates Development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, smooth movements.

Post-natal Yoga and Baby Massage
Post-natal Yoga for mothers incorporated into the class to stretch and exercise the body. Baby massage is an excellent way to spend time bonding with your baby and meet others parents. Suitable from 6-8 weeks after birth (after the baby’s GP check) until crawling. Please bring a changing mat, towel and unperfumed massage oil eg a good quality sunflower oil.

Pregnancy Yoga Yoga sessions designed specifically for pregnant women to support their health and well-being and aid in preparation for childbirth and mothering. Suitable from 12 weeks pregnancy until the birth of your baby.

Rejuvenation Yoga This class is a blend of dru yoga, somatics and applied movement neurology. There is a focus on releasing aches and pains as well as improving movement and posture.

Yin Yoga A slow paced style of stretches held for longer with the aim of increasing circulation and flexibility.

Dru Yoga A gentle, soft and flowing style that focuses on energy flow. Flowing sequences help you to find stillness in motion.

Yoga Combines breathing and stretching with basic fitness principles through activity and relaxation.

Yogalates A unique, effective workout combining the stretching exercises and principles of Yoga and Pilates.

Ab Attack Session to blast your ab muscles with a variety of core exercises.

Army PT A military style session, be ready to push yourself to the max.

Body Combat An empowering cardio workout inspired by a mixture of martial arts. Unleash your inner warrior!

Body Pump Adjustable weight training class for all; sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body.

Complete Core A class focused on strength, balance and core stability.

Circuits Multi station class to build stamina and strength. The ultimate challenge from beginner to advanced.

Gentle Circuits An overall body workout through a circuit training program or through low impact exercise.

HIIT Circuits High Intensity Interval Training which is completed on a variety of stations. Excellent cardiovascular and fat-blasting workout. Suitable for all abilities.

Netball Do you fancy playing a fun team game or perhaps enjoyed netball at school and would like to rekindle the team spirit? If so come along to our fun netball sessions, become part of a team and learn or improve your skills and fitness

Rusty Rackets Is a combination of racket sports, short tennis and badminton. Dig out and dust off your old rackets or use ours. Available for all levels and abilities, improve your overall well being with this instructor led activity.

Indoor Cycling Bring the outdoors inside with this bike class! With a high level calorie burn at varying levels designed to push you.

Row Fit Fast-paced indoor row class. Burns calories and sculpts muscles in a total body workout that focuses the mind and motivates the crew.

Body Jam A fusion of dance styles and new music in an addictive cardio workout, burn off those calories and improve co-ordination.

Cardio Chaos Toning and cardio in combinations and drills. Fun and effective workouts Gentle Circuits An overall body workout through a circuit training program through low impact exercise.

Stretch and Tone 40 minutes of all over body toning, followed by 20 minutes of stretch and relaxation.

Zumba Fitness Easy to follow Latin inspired movements in a no pressure environment, providing a fun workout for all fitness levels.

Adult Condition Swim Lane swimming with specialist coaching to improve your technique through drills.

Aqua Circuits A variety of activities, involving body weight and resistance training.

Aqua Fit Energising routines in the pool to music. It raises the heart rate with little pressure on your joints.
